Booking Policies
Late Arrival Policy:
Arriving late will cut into your appointment time and you will be charged for the full time slot reserved. For your initial appointment, kindly arrive 15 minutes early to complete the Client Intake Form if you don’t do so online. For subsequent visits, aim for a 5 minute early arrival for table preparation.
Rescheduling Policy:
If any changes need to be made to your appointment, please reschedule as soon as possible and at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.
Cancellation Policy:
Cancellations with less than 24 notice will be forgiven once but will incur a 50% charge for the second occurrence and 100% charge thereafter.
No Show Policy:
No show clients will be charged 100% of the service fee. Last minute cancelations will be treated as a no show and charged.
Courtesy Reminder Emails:
The confirmation and 24 hour email reminder includes a link to reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours before your appointment. Direct contact is needed for cancellations within 24 hours to avoid a no-show designation.
Massage Termination:
Services are for relaxation or therapeutic purposes only. Draping ensures modesty. Termination occurs for inappropriate conduct, client under the influence, strong odors or are experiencing symptoms of a contagious illness. Full payment is required if termination is necessary. Your understanding is appreciated.
