  • Free add-ons included — When I say “all inclusive,” I mean it. Without extra cost, you’ll get things like moist heat via hot clay packs, choice from a wide selection of essential oils, my homemade herbal-infused oils, and locally made broad‐spectrum CBD oils (if that resonates with you). These are not “extras you pay more for,” they’re part of the treatment.

  • Flexibility with positioning — If lying down is uncomfortable (after surgery, injury, or just from pain), no worries. We can adjust: side-lying, semi-reclined, supported, etc. I accommodate whatever position feels safest and most healing for your body.

  • Focus on pain relief + relaxation — Yes, I love helping people unwind. But I also take the work seriously: easing chronic muscle tension (think shoulders, neck, lower back), reducing stiffness, helping improve mobility, relieving pain from postural stress or overuse. And then, once the body is more at ease, letting you drift into that soft zone of true relaxation.

What to Expect in a Session

Your full hands-on massage time – no clinical (50 min.) massages here.

We begin with a short chat to review your body’s story, what you want out of the massage, any areas to avoid or focus on.

Gentle warm-up strokes, optional heat (clay pack if you like), then deeper (or lighter) work depending on your tolerance.

Use of oils (essential, herbal infused, or CBD blends) to enhance comfort, ease friction, relax tissues.

Time built in for slower, calming strokes  — to “seal” in relaxation, reduce soreness, help transition you back into your day with no rushing you out the door.

Tips & Practical Info

  • Wear whatever feels comfortable. I’ll handle draping so only what’s worked on is exposed.

  • Hydrate before & after — massage moves fluid, and water helps your body flush and recover.

  • It’s okay to ask for adjustments — pressure, speed, position. Your comfort comes first.

  • Tips are appreciated but never expected. I’d rather you get the massage than not due to tipping.
